1. Description of Service

RoleWin AI (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides an intelligent career acceleration platform offering:

• Candidate Profile Vault for storing verified career achievements and skills.
• Automated job description scraping and ATS-compliant single-column resume generation.
• Hiring decision-maker discovery and personalized cold email drafting (Track B).
• Application pipeline tracking and business-day follow-up intelligence.

2. User Accounts & Profile Vault Integrity

You agree that all information entered into your candidate Profile Vault is truthful, accurate, and reflects your authentic employment and educational history. RoleWin AI employs anti-hallucination guardrails and is programmatically prohibited from fabricating credentials on your behalf; however, you bear full legal responsibility for resumes submitted to prospective employers.

3. Recruiter Outreach & Anti-Spam Ethics

Track B enables candidates to draft personalized outreach emails to hiring managers. To preserve recruiter goodwill and protect candidate reputations:

• Our platform strictly enforces a Recruiter Fatigue Guardrail (limiting outreach to the same individual to 3 times in 14 days).
• You agree not to use RoleWin AI for mass cold solicitation, automated spam, or abusive communications.
• All outreach emails are dispatched through your personal email client (e.g. Gmail) under your own explicit review and discretion.

4. Subscriptions, Payments & Cancellations

RoleWin AI offers a Free Forever tier alongside paid subscription plans (Growth and Elite) processed securely through Razorpay:

• Billing Cycle: Paid subscriptions are billed on a monthly recurring basis unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time with 1-click in your account Settings. Access continues through the end of the current billing cycle.
• Refunds: We provide a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers if you are unsatisfied with the generation quality.

5. Intellectual Property & Data Ownership

You retain 100% ownership of your resume content, personal data, and generated application materials. RoleWin AI does not claim intellectual property rights over any document created through our service. We do not use your private career history to train public artificial intelligence models.

6. Limitation of Liability

RoleWin AI provides career preparation tools designed to optimize ATS compatibility and recruiter visibility. We do not guarantee employment, job interviews, or offer outcomes. In no event shall RoleWin AI be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from employment decisions made by third-party recruiters or companies.
