After watching fellow software developers submit hundreds of applications with zero feedback, the team set out to engineer a transparent, structured alternative that unifies resume optimization with executive outreach.
The platform is built on modern web foundations: Next.js 14 App Router, Supabase PostgreSQL with Row Level Security (RLS) for complete candidate data privacy, and Google Gemini 2.5 Flash for deterministic JSON structured outputs.
